Unarranged area - means the marked layout, with no connections.
Basic stand arrangement - includes a stand construction, aluminum profile, octanrom system - white walls, a table, four chairs, a carpet, a reflector, a signboard (block letters).
Standard stand arrangement - includes a stand construction, aluminum profile, octanrom system - white walls, a table, four chairs, a carpet, a reflector, a counter, a tall glass showcase, a cabin with curtains, a waste basket, a signboard (block letters).

All the information on the goods transport can be obtained from our forwarders.
All the payments are to be settled before 27.3.2010. at the latest.

Info for exhibitors


Exhibitors can come earlier to assemble their stand 6 days before the Fair oppenning as earliest (unless agreed differently).
Exhibitors who need to equip their stands shall do that not later than 12.4.2010. to 21:00h.
Stands can be reassembled on Saturday, 17.4.2010. from 18:00h to 21:00h, and on Sunday, 18.4.2010., from 7:00h to 18:00h.
Exhibitors are required to be at their stands from 7:00h to 21:00h during clearing or arranging a stand. During Fair hours, exhibitors can come to their stands at 9:30h at the earliest and leave the stand at 18:30h at the latest. Fair organizers will provide security for stands from 18:30h to 9:30h. There will not be any compensation for lost properties before exact time of the loss is determined by the organizers and security guards.
